Role Overview : An experienced AEM Business Practitioner with a solid understanding of AEM's capabilities is sought to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The candidate will have a strong business acumen, aligning AEM capabilities with business goals and objectives to deliver innovative solutions. Experience : - Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in this field as AEM Business Practitioner, with a demonstrable understanding of AEM modules such as Sites and Assets. - Prior experience in a similar role where engagement with developers to find business solutions was a key responsibility. Responsibilities : - Understand the capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box components in AEM and identify when custom development is required. - Efficiently use AEM Sites as a Content Management System to manage and deliver engaging web experiences. - Manage digital assets using AEM Assets and ensure seamless distribution across channels. - Implement and manage Experience Fragments for consistent and personalized user experiences. - Participate in and understand AEM workflows to streamline content creation and deployment. - Analyze complex business needs and craft comprehensive solutions within the AEM ecosystem. - Create detailed business requirements documents to effectively communicate needs to development teams. - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all AEM mobile capabilities, including content services, GraphQL, and responsive web design. Additional Qualifications : - Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Business Practitioner certification is preferred.- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Adobe Cloud Manager, configuring and managing AEM environments. - At least 1 year of practical experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tasks, ensuring a streamlined and reliable delivery pipeline. - Proven track record of managing upgrades and migrations within AEM, ensuring current and future stability and performance. - Proficiency in integrating AEM with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and third-party systems to create a cohesive technology ecosystem. - Strong awareness of security best practices within AEM, including the handling of sensitive customer data in compliance with privacy laws. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical complexities to a non-technical audience. - Demonstrated experience in Agile project methodologies, working knowledge of Scrum processes, and adaptability to changing project requirements. - Leadership qualities with experience in change management, and the ability to mentor team members in AEM technologies and best practices.
