Luminescent Digital has now become fully integrated into the Service plan Agency Group and is represented in 34 countries worldwide.As an AEM Component Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing components for web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your role will involve working on both the backend and frontend, utilizing your skills in Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, and ReactJS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences for our clients.Key Responsibilities : AEM Development : - Develop and implement custom AEM components, templates, and workflows.- Configure and manage AEM instances, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.- Utilize AEM's core components and extend functionalities to meet project requirements.Backend Development : - Develop backend services and APIs using Java to support AEM components and integrations.- Implement and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions.- Ensure seamless integration with external systems and third-party services.Frontend Development : - Create dynamic and responsive user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS and ReactJS.- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly web pages.- Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.Collaboration and Communication : - Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions on time.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.- Communicate technical concepts and project status effectively to stakeholders.Testing and Quality Assurance : - Write unit tests and perform thorough testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed components.- Debug and resolve issues in a timely manner.- Maintain documentation for developed components and solutions.Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 2 to 4 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).- Strong proficiency in Java for backend development.- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and frameworks such as AngularJS and ReactJS.- Solid understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and AJAX.- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with external systems.- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.Location : Mumbai (ref:hirist.tech)
