Codersbrain is urgently hiring for AEM Developer / Lead / Architect for multiple locations for its IT Client with F2F interview at Hyderabad location on 6th Apr (Saturday).Experience: 10 - 14 yearsInterview Drive Location: Face to Face Weekend Drive in Hyderabad (No Virtual Interviews) on 6th April 2024Work Location: Essential Skills:- 9+ years of experience in Content Management Systems in general, with at least 6 years of specific AEM experience required.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) and a minimum of 8 years of overall software development experience.- Strong working knowledge of AEM/Adobe CQ/Digital Marketing Suite- Experience designing modules and components- Experience in end-to-end implementations of AEM- Expertise in AEM and associated technologies like Sling, OSGI, Felix, Jackrabbit, JCR, and CRX.- Experience leading large-sized teams and technology engagements, including client and consulting staff- Experience conceptualizing, designing, building, and deploying Enterprise Content Management solutions- Relevant working experience including expertise in "Enterprise Architecture" consulting skills such as interviewing stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews, and consensus building.- Professional and consultative mindset with a commitment to excellent customer service.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).- Ability to come up with creative solutions for ambiguous problems and learn quickly.
