This role is crucial in developing and implementing data strategies that enhance our cutting-edge web applications, enabling businesses across sectors to leverage the full potential of AI and ML. What You'll Do :- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and storage solutions.- Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning models to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and Python development.- Contribute to the improvement of data governance, data quality, and data integration practices.- Participate in peer code reviews and share knowledge to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.What We're Looking For :- 3+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or Python development.- Strong proficiency in Python and its data-related libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.).- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their real-world application.- Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational and non-relational databases.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely and in person.Bonus Points For :- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their data services.- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.- Contributions to open-source projects or public GitHub repositories.- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and LLMs (ref:hirist.tech)
