Description:
Responsibilities :- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions.- Design end-to-end SD solutions to meet business objectives and ensure alignment with best practices.- Lead the implementation of SAP SD modules, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.- Configure SAP SD settings according to business needs, including pricing, billing, shipping, and transportation.- Customize SAP SD functionality to accommodate unique business processes and requirements.- Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules (e.g. MM, FI/CO) and external systems for seamless data flow.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and alignment with overall business objectives.- Provide leadership and guidance to junior consultants and project team members. - Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to enable end-users and support teams.- Perform troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement activities to optimize SAP SD processes.- Stay updated on SAP SD latest developments, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.Skills Required :- Extensive experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module with a focus on configuration, customization, and integration.- Strong understanding of business processes related to sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, and customer management.- Proficiency in SAP SD configuration including master data setup, pricing procedures, output determination, and availability check.- Experience in SAP SD integration with other SAP modules (e.g. MM, FI/CO) and external systems through IDocs, RFCs, and APIs.- Ability to lead and manage SAP SD implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior team members, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.- Project management skills with experience in planning, organizing, and executing SAP SD projects within defined timelines and budget constraints.- Certification in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module is desirable.
