Senior Flutter DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of our mobile applications using the Flutter platform.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and manage a team of Flutter developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter, from concept to deployment- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the applications- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter and mobile app development, and implement best practices and standards- Troubleshoot and debug any technical issues that may arise during the development process- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members- Mentor and train junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge in Flutter- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizationsRequirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years in Flutter- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers- Strong knowledge of Flutter and its features, including creating custom widgets, animations, and integrating third-party libraries- Experience with iOS and Android app development, as well as RESTful APIs and JSON- Proficient in programming languages such as Dart, JavaScript, and Swift/Java- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Good communication and interpersonal skills (ref:hirist.tech)
