Note : This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring PartnerRole Description :- This is a full-time on-site role located in Goregaon for an Application Support Engineer at Workassist.- The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications.- They will also need to have strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.- Provide Level 1 production support and manage incident resolution against established SLAs- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of issues, resolutions of the solution procedure- Manage service requests to fulfil business and product support requests- Communicate planned/unplanned outages.- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client/internal team production issues.- Prepare and provide operational and performance dashboards for KPI trending and reporting- Become a subject matter expert who provides various teams with an in-depth understanding of a product's business and technical aspects.Qualifications :- Application Support and Technical Support skills- Strong analytical skills- Troubleshooting ability- Excellent communication skills- Experience in the recruitment or employment industry is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (ref:hirist.tech)
