Job Description :We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Support Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our critical business applications.Skills :- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C/C++, Ruby, JavaScript)- Strong understanding of SQL for database querying and manipulation- Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles- Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems and basic shell scriptingResponsibilities :- Provide first-line support for internal users experiencing issues with our applications.- Diagnose and troubleshoot application problems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.- Work collaboratively with developers to resolve complex issues or escalate tickets as needed.- Document and analyze application incidents to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.- Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of new application features.- Assist with user training and documentation to ensure proper application usage.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supported applications, technologies, and industry best practices.- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
