Expr : 3 yearsLocation : BangaloreNotice period : Immediate joinersPower Platform Maintenance SpecialistThe Power Platform Maintenance Specialist is primarily responsible for the maintenance of the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages and Power Virtual Agents. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Power Platformenvironment and its processes.Duties and responsibilities :- Administer and manage the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents.- Monitor the performance and health of Power Platform environments & Processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis and coordinate platform-related issues with Microsoft.- Manage user roles, permissions, and licenses for Power Platform applications.- Create and maintain documentation for issues.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Users, and developers to troubleshoot issues.- Stay up to date with the latest features, updates and enhancements in the Power Platform and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.- Work closely with Citizen developers and Users to guide on best practices and to educate and empower them to leverage the Power Platform effectively.- Strong communication skills and must possess exceptional ability to work well with individuals and teams at all levels.- Monitor and Maintain VMware's- Maintain and support the Users regarding SAP Processes- Process Cherwell Tickets during the given time- Exchange with internal IT Colleagues- Softmotive SupportWork Experience :- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Power PlatformTechnical knowledge, Abilities, and skills- Able to reverse engineer Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate Processes.- Strong proficiency in administering and configuring the Microsoft Power Platform and its licensingmodel, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.- In-depth knowledge of Power Platform security, environment management and data loss prevention.- Experience in designing and developing Power Apps solutions to meet business requirements.- Proficiency in creating and managing Power Automate workflows and automating business processes.- Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues within the Power Platformenvironment.- Familiarity with integrating Power Platform solutions with other systems and applications.
