We invest in people and our hiring process is solely based on qualifications, skillset, and business needs.Responsibilities : We are searching for new colleagues for full-time positions as Lead Python/Golang Software Engineer with experience in Python, Golang, REST APIs, MongoDB, Kubernetes, WebSockets, proxy adapters, Security, CyberArk.Qualifications :- Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering - Development.- Strong experience with Python and Golang programming.- Strong Rest APIs experience.- MongoDB knowledge.- Strong experience with Kubernetes.- Nice to have knowledge of WebSockets, proxy adapters, Security, CyberArk.- English language at an advanced level.- AQUASoft is an equal opportunity employer. We invest in people, and we make hiring decisions based solely on qualifications, skills, and business needs.Key Responsibilities : Full Stack Development : Lead the development and maintenance of applications using Python and Golang, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend services. - REST API Development: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to support various applications and services. - Database Management : Utilize MongoDB for database operations, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval. - Kubernetes Administration : Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and scalability. - WebSockets and Proxy Adapters : Implement WebSocket connections and proxy adapters as needed for real-time data communication. - Security Implementation : Integrate security best practices into the development process, with knowledge of CyberArk being advantageous. - CI/CD Pipeline Development : Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery. - Team Collaboration and Leadership : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Documentation and Best Practices : Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities and advocate for best practices in software engineering.
