Job Title : AI Conversational / Chatbots Developer (Remote)Experience : 5+ yearsLocation : RemoteJob Description :Position Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled AI Conversational / Chatbots Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing conversational voice bots, chat bots, and AI models, along with expertise in building and evaluating AI modules to support these bots.Key Responsibilities :Develop conversational voice bots and chat bots to provide seamless and intuitive user experiences across various platforms.Design and implement APIs to be consumed by mobile applications, enabling integration with conversational AI capabilities.Evaluate AI modules and algorithms to enhance the intelligence and effectiveness of the bots, including natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG) components.Build conversational AI agents capable of understanding user intents, context, and preferences, and providing relevant responses and recommendations.Train and fine-tune AI models using machine learning techniques and data-driven approaches to improve conversational capabilities and accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality conversational AI solutions that meet client requirements.Requirements :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in developing conversational voice bots, chat bots, and AI models, preferably in a commercial or enterprise setting.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, along with experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Dialogflow.Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts, including entity recognition, intent detection, and sentiment analysis.Experience with machine learning techniques for training and evaluating AI models, such as supervised learning, reinforcement learning, and transfer learning.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex AI systems.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
