Job Description:- Strong experience in AS400 and SYNON.- Strong knowledge in SYNON Programming and Change management tool such as Implementer.- Rich experience in delivering both Development and Support projects- Good Knowledge in SDLC Process such as Agile, Waterfall model and so on.- Exposure to JIRA tool.- Knowledge in IFS, FTP and SFTP process- Retail Domain knowledge is an added advantage.- Individual Contributor with limited assistance.- Good Team Player.- Good Communication and strong Aptitude & Logical skills- Customer relationship skills Interpersonal skills:- Ability to work in a geographically distributed team- Strong problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Able to work both in a team or as an individual contributor.
