Senior Manager - Software EngineeringExperience - 10-15 Job Location - Noida/ Gurgaon / Bangalore We are looking for an Engineering Leader who can lead the team in driving the product transformation initiatives. The person should have a passion for technology, data analytics, and building cloud-based products of high quality.You will be part of world-class multi-tenant data analytics product on the cloud for life sciences/ Pharma organizations in developed markets. Based on customers' interaction with the life sciences companies, our product recommends Next Best Action to the field agent, which aims to significantly improve the quality of interaction between the company and customers and prospects, and improves the efficiency of the marketing channels. The main technologies used in our product are React, Python, Spark/PySpark, EMR, and other cloud-based services. We are scaling the product team for multi-market rollouts by adding large-scale data analytics capabilities including Generative AI (Gen AI).Being part of this team provides a unique opportunity of product development experience at the cross-section of the most powerful transformational technologies of the current times: Cloud and Data Analytics.What You'll Do :- Be a great- engineering- leader for the team and broader organization. You will be working with a very diverse team of technical developers, functional subject matter experts and business to design and deliver new solutions for Axtria- Product team and provide technical directions to the team- Manage a team of engineers to plan, track and- deliver quality features for Axtria - Pharma Analytics product in- fast-paced agile environment! - Collaborate with other disciplines like Product and Program managers and partner with other upstream/downstream teams to manage dependency and effectively manage the project to delivery on time - Capable of designing and- providing technical guidance for large feature- development initiatives and ability to take deeper dive into the technical details of a complex/unknown areas Ensure adherence to rigorous quality engineering practices across all phases of product development and deployment. - Mentor employees and facilitate their team and individual goals, provide regular and specific feedback, and assess individual and team performance.- Unblock your team to ensure delivery as per committed schedules- Identifying inefficiencies where applicable and proactively leading improvement- Makes well defined technology choices- Delivers and influences product roadmap, working in collaboration with product teamWho You Are :- Bachelor's or Masters in Engineering or in a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience- 10+ years of professional industry experience working on B2B/B2C Saas based Product, including 4+ years of people management experience in product development environment. - Life Science / Pharma domain will be preferred. - Effective collaboration skills driving changes at scale. - Technical skillset:- Architecture patterns: SPA , Microservices(must) and Serverless( Good to have) - Front End technologies: React/Angular, React Native ( Must to have ) - Back End technologies: Java/Python/ PySpark ( Must to have) - Database/Storage technologies: Snowflake/Postgres- Cloud: AWS or Azure- Experience analyzing data and translating business requirements into technical specifications.- Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment.- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
