About the Role : - We are seeking a talented and passionate Python developer to join our growing team.- You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our applications, ensuring functionality, scalability, and performance.Responsibilities : Backend Development : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code, leveraging frameworks like Django or Flask.Database Management : Utilize your strong understanding of SQL databases to design, develop, and maintain efficient data models.Front-End Familiarity : Possess a basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with front-end developers.Requirements Translation : Collaborate closely with the Lead Software Engineer and product owners to translate business needs into technical solutions.Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to enhance performance, functionality, and user experience.Essential Qualifications : - Proficiency in Python and relevant web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).- Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).- Proven ability to write robust, secure, and efficient code for backend APIs.- Experience with data structures and software design principles.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana) is a plus.Desirable Skills : Machine Learning Expertise (Bonus) : Prior experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role is a significant advantage.AI and Machine Learning (Bonus) : Familiarity with AI, Deep Learning, Machine Learning algorithms, TensorFlow, Open CV, OCR, Keras, and Computer Vision is highly desirable.Financial Markets (Bonus) : Experience in research and development of algorithms and prediction models using AI technologies, especially in the financial markets, is a strong plus.Education (Bonus) : A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent research experience in AI or Machine Learning, is a plus.
