About the job :Responsibilities :Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, and other Software Engineers to deliver new functionality and iterative improvementsto customer-facing products.Build efficient, scalable, and reusable cloud services using Python and TypeScript, and Infrastructure as Code tools.Building and maintaining RESTful APIs and integrating with various data stores, including MongoDB.Participate in code reviews with other engineers.Focus on knowledge sharing with other engineers.Identify and resolve scalability and performance issues.Focus on application performance and monitoring.Requirements :5+ years of professional experience in Backend development, with a focus on Python and TypeScript.Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.Experience with MongoDB.Experience with Serverless technologies, including AWS LambdaExperience with infrastructure as code, particularly CloudFormation.High attention to detail, flexible, and able to work concurrently on multiple projects.Ability to troubleshoot, research, and work through complex problems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.You have a BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.Desired Criteria:Experience in working with modern CI/CD and engineering tooling - we leverage Amazon Web Services, GitHub Actions and AWSCloudFormation extensively.Experience with agile methodologiesLooking for an immediate joinerBenefits :CloudHire's mission is to create a positive and lasting impact in the world.By increasing competitiveness and efficiency in businesses, we believe that we are a catalyst for innovation across a multitude of specialties.CloudHire works closely with its team to help you grow as much as we grow, and value your holistic development.Employees who are most successful at CloudHire take initiative, know how to identify problems and provide solutions, and always put the Team first.
