Experience Requirement :- Must have more than 3+ years of experience in Software Development.- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer in a tech company with a track record of delivering software with high business impact.Core Skills :- Strong Development Experience in Javascript or Typescript:- Demonstrable expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript development.- Proficiency in building scalable and efficient backend systems using JavaScript or TypeScript.- Ability to develop and maintain APIs, services, and server-side logic using Node. js or similar frameworks.Good Experience in Java :- Extensive experience in Java development, including Java EE and Spring frameworks.- Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance Java applications.- Experience with Java-based tools and technologies for backend development.Additional Requirements :- 2+ years of experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases.- 2+ years of experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing requirements.- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using JavaScript/TypeScript and Java.- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Optimize application performance and scalability through code refactoring, caching mechanisms, and database optimization techniques.- Implement security best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and guidelines.- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning meetings.- Continuously learn and stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in backend development.Education :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Location : Bangalore.
