Description:
Roles & Responsibilities :- Work with product and software teams to define, develop and execute test plans, coordinate automation coverage where applicable, prioritize, plan, and execute testing cycles based on sprint and/or delivery model timeframes. - Document detailed test scenarios and scripts derived from defined business requirements and support the SQA organization to coordinate test plans across multiple stakeholders/vendors. - Execute formal test plans with attention to detail ensuring all system components function per defined requirements and are production ready prior to launch - Create quality measurements, reports and tracking metrics to be consumed by the project teams as well as the IT SQA department. - Provide leadership in identifying and implementing testing standards and practices.Requirements :- Manual testing of incidents/bugs/enhancements- Should have good knowledge on regression, functional, integration, accessibility, and compatibility testing concepts- Automation suite maintenance and execution- Creating Test scenarios and Collecting Test Data- Preferred experience with Automation testing (Selenium)- Hands-on experience in driving the end to end Manual testing & Preferring test automation strategy and programming- Experience with software test methodologies, test planning, test automation, test tooling, and quality standards and metrics- Hands-on experience of Manual/automation of tests and monitoring and correcting them periodically- Experience with test reporting tools- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus.- Strong analytical skills with excellent problem solving abilities.
