Senior DevOps and SREYou will play a critical part in designing, developing, and implementing our DevOps strategy, with a focus on building robust, reliable, and scalable infrastructure.Responsibilities :- Design and implement automated infrastructure pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform- Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters for containerized application deployments- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments- Configure and manage infrastructure and application monitoring tools for proactive troubleshooting and alerting- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery processes- Champion best practices for infrastructure automation, cloud-native technologies, and SRE principles- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the engineering team- Proactively give suggestion on cost and resource optimisation methods to management and engineering teams.- Bring continues improvement in DevOPS and SRE practicesQualifications :- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role- Proven experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration- In-depth understanding of cloud-native technologies and principles- Strong experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies (e.g., Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD)- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform- Experience with infrastructure and application monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team- A proactive and results-oriented problem-solving mindsetAdditional Skills :- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash)- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef)- Good understanding of server less architecture and deployments (ref:hirist.tech)
