We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Blockchain Network Developer with 4- 5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal Candidate will be responsible for design, implementation, creating blockchain network on Ethereum, Hyperledger and Polymesh networks. Network Architecture : Contribute to design, architect, and implement blockchain networks on Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polymesh and other distributed ledger technologies. Define network topology, consensus mechanisms, and governance models. Protocol Development : Develop and customize blockchain protocols, including consensus algorithms, smart contract platforms, and interoperability standards. Implement enhancements and optimizations to improve network performance and scalability. Network Deployment : Deploy and configure blockchain networks in production environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to provision and manage network resources. Network Monitoring and Maintenance : Monitor blockchain networks for performance, security and reliability. Implement automated monitoring and alerting systems to detect and mitigate network issues in real-time. Security and Compliance : Implement security best practices and compliance measures to protect blockchain networks from vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance. Conduct security audits and assessments to identify and remediate security risks. Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the professional development of the team.Requirements : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Expertise in blockchain architecture, including network design, consensus mechanisms, and governance models. Proficiency in building and optimizing blockchain networks on Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polymesh, and other distributed ledger technologies.- Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, including Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), Hyperledger Fabric, and Polymesh Protocol.
