Driving business: 1.Drive branches to achieve Business targets (existing and new products), Profitability and AUM targets; 2.ensuring conversion of all Non BEP branches to BEP branches. 3.Monitor and Control: (i) Daily monitoring of critical parameters of Branch Score Card; (ii) Qualitative branch visits to drive, implement and facilitate business development strategies. 4. Market study: Identify and assess market needs, market potential and competitor activities and develop product composion strategy to satisfy the needs of the common man
