- Developer with hands on experience working on one or multiple BRM modules. - Good to have prior working knowledge on Payments.Good to have worked on BRM CNE project.Role Overview :We are seeking a seasoned BRM Developer with extensive hands-on experience in working with one or multiple BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) modules, particularly focusing on Payments. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Payments processes and systems integration within BRM. Prior exposure to BRM CNE (Customer Network Experience) projects would be highly advantageous.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and customize BRM solutions to meet specific business requirements, with a particular emphasis on the Payments module.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement BRM solutions aligned with project objectives.- Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment of BRM applications.- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to BRM functionality, performance, and integration with other systems.- Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities.- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance as needed.- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BRM and Payments domain to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 7+ years of hands-on experience in BRM development, customization, and integration.- Strong proficiency in BRM modules, especially Payments, with a deep understanding of Payments processing workflows and configuration.- Prior experience working on BRM CNE projects would be advantageous.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C, or C++.- Experience with BRM APIs, Pipeline Batch Rating (PBR), Pricing Center, and other BRM utilities.- Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL queries and database management.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results within project timelines.Certifications :- Certification in Oracle BRM would be a plus.
