Salary : 12-15LPAJob Description :Key Responsibilities :Requirement Gathering & Analysis :- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to understand project objectives and scope.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements effectively.Documentation and Mockup Preparation :- Prepare comprehensive documentation including but not limited to SRS, BRD, FRD, DFD, and use cases.- Utilize tools like Visio, Balsamiq, and MS Project to create mockups and visual representations of proposed solutions.Excellent Communication and Technical Skills :- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Possess a good understanding of mobile and web applications, along with proficiency in relevant technologies such as MEAN, iOS, React Native, Android, and Flutter.Project Management and Documentation :- Manage project documentation including flowcharts, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.- Assist in project management tasks such as sprint planning, execution, and risk management.Client Handling :- Interface with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide timely updates on project progress.- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.Analyzing Business Needs :- Analyze and interpret business needs to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states, and outline requirements accordingly.Risk Management and Analysis :- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.- Conduct risk analysis to assess the impact of potential issues on project timelines and deliverables.Sprint Planning & Execution :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute project sprints, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.- Monitor progress against project goals and implement adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.Requirements :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience (3-6 years) in business analysis, preferably in the IT/software development industry.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Familiarity with mobile and web application technologies.- Experience with tools such as Visio, Balsamiq, and MS Project.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
