Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the clinical domain to join our Life Sciences and Healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a business analysis role, focusing on clinical data management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements related to clinical data management.- Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.- Work closely with clinical data managers to facilitate data collection, validation, and reporting processes.Process Improvement :- Evaluate current clinical trial processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and data quality.- Develop and implement new processes and systems to support clinical data management activities.Regulatory Compliance :- Ensure all clinical data management activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory guidelines.Data Management Tools :- Proficiently use Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and Data Management Workbench systems.- Utilize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.Data Analysis :- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor clinical trial progress and data quality.Communication and Collaboration :- Work effectively in a team environment, interacting with all levels of management and staff.- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, present findings, and provide updates on project status.- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills :- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges in clinical data management.- Manage multiple projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.Qualifications :Experience :- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.- Extensive experience in clinical data management and clinical trial processes.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in EDC systems and Data Management Workbench type systems.- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.Knowledge :Deep understanding of clinical trial processes, data management principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.Soft Skills :- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time management abilities.Education :Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
