About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst 3 to join our Cyber Security team. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions in the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape. You will work closely with security professionals, stakeholders, and business leaders to analyze security requirements, define security strategies, and develop solutions to mitigate cyber risks.Responsibilities :- Partner with security professionals to understand and document complex cyber security threats and vulnerabilities.- Analyze business processes and identify security risks and control gaps.- Conduct security requirements gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders to define security needs and objectives.- Develop and document security requirements specifications (SRS) aligned with business needs and regulatory compliance.- Translate security requirements into actionable solutions for the security team.- Evaluate and recommend security tools and technologies to address identified risks.- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.- Track and manage security projects and ensure their successful implementation.- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed security solutions.- Develop and deliver security awareness training for business users.- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends.- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats, regulations, and industry best practices.Qualifications :- 6 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Cybersecurity a plus.- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001/2).- Experience in conducting security requirements gathering and analysis.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) is a plus.- Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies is a plus.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
