Job Description: Collaborate with potential clients to gather requirements and analyze their business challenges. Identify how Tech Fx solutions can address client pain points and optimize workflows. Analyze client data to understand their needs and measure potential solution impact. Participate in process mapping exercises to document current workflows and propose improvements. Presales Support: Partner with the sales team to develop compelling presentations, proposals, and demos that showcase the value proposition of Tech Fx solutions. Translate complex technical features into clear and concise benefits for clients. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and position Tech Fx solutions for a competitive edge. Participate in later stages of the sales cycle by providing technical expertise during price negotiations and contract finalization. Stay Ahead of the Curve:Continuously develop your understanding of Tech Fx solutions and their capabilities. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including project plans, business requirements, process flows, and user stories. Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for offering decks, proposals, and other client-facing materials. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Presales role (or a combination of both). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Passion for technology and a strong desire to understand how it can be used to solve business problems.
