Description:
Looking for a seasoned Business Intelligence Architect with a proven track record of around 8-10 years in Data Analysis and Report Curation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced data analytics, Business Intelligence and be adept at delivering actionable insights for strategic decision-making across various industries. Retail experience will be an added advantage.Responsibilities :- Lead the simplification of the BI landscape within a large organization. Experience with Divestiture of BI solutions and consolidate tools.- Design and implement end to end business intelligence solutions that are scalable, performant and secure.- Experience with BI tools like Apache Superset, Tableau, Metric Insights, Alteryx, Cognos, Power BI.- Good understanding on the Data Engineering aspects like Data Ingestion, Batch or Stream Data Pipelines and Architecture or Data Engineering tools.- Develop and optimize data workflows for cost optimization and operational efficiency keeping business value add in mind.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into BI solutions.- Manage scalable production infrastructure for data processing using AWS services and containerize as relevant.- Ensure data integrity, governance, security, compliance and quality across BI platforms.- Be a technical Lead and Mentor a team of BI Developers, platform engineers and analysts.- Guide cross-functional teams in data-driven solution delivery.Technical Requirements :- Proficiency with BI tools like Apache Superset, Tableau, Metric Insights, Thoughtspot, Power BI, KNIME, Qlik or similar.- Good Knowledge on Open Source BI Tech Stack- Experience in BI Solution Designing and Implementation- Strong knowledge of forecasting, time series analysis, and linear regression.- Experience with Deployment Architecture in AWS and Kubernetes- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL and Python.- Expertise in SQL and data warehousing concepts- Knowledge of ETL processes, data modelling, and OLAP cube development Nice to have : Apache Pinot, Databricks, SnowflakeQualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication from a reputed institution.- Extensive experience in a BI Architect / Lead Engineer or similar role.
