Function : Data Science and AnalysisTechnical Skills : Python, Tableau, Business Analysis, Requirements Management, SQLResponsibilities : - Gain a comprehensive understanding of business needs and objectives to drive data-driven insights and decisions.- Refine use cases and expertly plan iterations and deliverables, demonstrating adaptability as needed to meet evolving business requirements.- Estimate efforts accurately and provide regular task updates to maintain adherence to project timelines.- Set and manage stakeholder expectations effectively, ensuring alignment between business goals and analytical deliverables.- Collaborate with Business Analyst (BA) and Senior Business Analyst (SBA) resources in requirement gathering and final presentations, translating business requirements into actionable data analysis tasks.- Resolve blockers related to technical challenges and decision-making, leveraging Python, Tableau, SQL, and other relevant tools.- Scrutinize final deliverables for correctness and conduct code reviews in collaboration with the Manager to ensure data accuracy and reliability.- Orchestrate the building, maintenance, and performance monitoring of key metrics, utilizing Tableau for data visualization and reporting.- Take ownership of and manage data models, data sources, and the data definition repository to maintain data integrity and consistency.- Make crucial low-level design choices during project execution, optimizing data analysis processes and workflows.- Provide technical guidance as needed to foster a collaborative team environment, sharing best practices and innovative solutions.- Enhance benchmarking and decision-making skills at the execution level through continuous learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives.- Conduct effective training sessions to swiftly onboard and elevate the skills of new resources in data analysis techniques and tools.- Lead knowledge-building initiatives, focusing on methodologies to position the team for complex problem-solving and advanced analytics.- Facilitate upstream documentation and discussions on execution challenges, process inefficiencies, and feedback loops to drive process improvements.- Engage in downstream and parallel communication for context-building, ensuring alignment between data analysis outcomes and business objectives.
