Should be able to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and optimise workflows. Roles and Responsibility: Designing and developing business process maps and models. Analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Creating and implementing process improvement strategies. Documenting process changes and communicating them to relevant teams. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented processes. Providing training and support to employees on new processes and tools . Key Parameters to qualify: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in process modeling and mapping tools. Knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies and best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in information systems, or a related field. Experience in business process analysis and improvement. Knowledge of process modelling languages such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation). Familiarity with process automation and workflow management tools.
