Job Description – CAT Reporting Analyst Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience demonstrating research/analytical skills. Knowledge of securities industry rules, regulations and guidelines preferred. Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Client Handling experience and Functional testing Experience Should have Capital Market Experience/ Trading Experience. 5-7 years of relevant experience. Essential Job Functions: Effectively and efficiently manage the daily review and analysis of the errors to ensure completion. Keep track of tasks are completed within department/management time frames: start, complete, and revise assigned investigations within the established timeframes; Notify supervisor on a timely basis of any circumstanced that may cause material changes to the projected completion dates. Utilize Firm’s resources/data/systems and software applications available for data analysis in the investigative/review process: effectively utilize the resources in conducting routine reviews and investigations, and if necessary, obtain guidance from more senior staff or management and/or Compliance. Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal groups within the Firm Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Perform UAT testing for the new releases. The Analyst shall conduct daily reviews of FINRA CAT feedback for the Firm. The review consists of the following: Should keep track of the issues Maintain log files and keep log file updated with latest comment and issues. Should be responsible for all the repairs, and take the corrective actions to get the repair clears and find out the RCA of the issue
