Job Title: Chief Business Development Executive - Tiles Department: Strategy & New Businesses Job Purpose: The position is that of a frontline sales officer who would primarily be responsible for driving business of Tiles category in defined geography, through mapping and converting the business opportunities across Channel Partners and B2B segments by working closely with all key stakeholders thereby, achieving overall business objectives Business objectives: Drive overall sales and growth at unit level for tiles category by meticulous planning, Indexing, and driving conversions with the help of key stakeholders Opening of new channel partners in tiles category to create product champions in assigned geographies Managing the network of channel partners and servicing their requirements in the tiles category Drive secondary liquidation for assigned channel partners with the help of DSRs Working and collaborating with other teams to drive the product level agenda and enhance retail and project conversions Drive timely collection of payments from the assigned channel partners Market Development: Identify opportunities across various business segments through competition analysis, regular market visits and giving feedback to brand team for new product development Customer centricity: Enhance consumer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timelines Integration: Integrate with other verticals like Retail Sales, Bath team, Services, Commercial and Marketing function to promote sales and service to customers.
