Notice Period : ImmediateRole Description :This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO).We are seeking a young, passionate, and dynamic CTO to lead a team of engineers, team leads, product managers, and designers in delivering high-quality software solutions.Responsibilities :- Lead and manage a tech team consisting of engineers, team leads, product managers, and designers.- Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions.- Collaborate with other departments to define technology strategies and roadmaps.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.- Hands-on involvement in coding and development tasks as needed.- Ensure effective deployment of codes, conduct code reviews, and maintain code quality standards.- Handle large codebases efficiently and effectively.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.Qualifications :- Graduate from a well-recognized institution, preferably IIT.- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.- Strong proficiency in PHP, particularly with Laravel framework.- Familiarity with Angular is considered an advantage.- Comfortable working with Azure, MySQL, and Restful APIs.- Experience managing small teams and hands-on coding skills.- Ability to handle large codebases and ensure code quality.- Proven experience in deployment of codes and conducting code reviews.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.If you meet the above qualifications and are excited about joining as CTO and wish to lead a dynamic tech team in a fast-paced environment, please apply with your updated resume (ref:hirist.tech)
