Experience Required: 5+ YearsImmediate Joiners Preferred: Max 15 daysResponsibilities:- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based solutions on the Azure platform, including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and Azure Synapse Analytics.- Develop and optimize software applications and scripts using Python, SQL, PySpark, and Unix scripting to automate tasks and enhance efficiency.- Utilize ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory and DataStage for data integration, transformation, and loading processes.- Work with big data technologies, particularly Apache Spark, for large-scale data processing and analytics tasks.- Manage and administer database systems including Teradata, Netezza, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.- Implement version control and collaboration using Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps for managing code repositories and facilitating team collaboration.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and system administrators to deliver high-quality solutions.- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions to minimize downtime and ensure system stability.- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cloud computing, big data, and related fields.Mandatory Skills:- Cloud Platforms: Azure (Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Synapse Analytics)- Programming Languages: Python, SQL, PySpark, Unix Scripting- ETL Tools: Azure Data Factory, DataStage - Big Data Technologies: Apache Spark- Database Systems: Teradata SQL, Netezza, MySQL, PostgreSQL- Version Control: Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps (ref:hirist.tech)
