Description:
Job Description :- Excellent verbal and written communication & collaboration skills- Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize workload- Manage security infrastructure (i.e. firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint detection and response, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems)- Contribute to our DevOps team, assisting to automate deployment practices and ensuring security best practices are maintained throughout an agile development process- At least 5 years of experience managing/maintaining a production Linux (CentOS, RedHat) environment.- A familiarity with Windows Server and administering Active Directory- Demonstrated expertise in managing systems via an automated configuration management system such as Docker and Git repository.- Extended experience working effectively in a shared software development environment, including version control, bug tracking, release management, and code review.- Extended experience with Shell scripting, Python, and/or PHP.- Comfortable with Container technologies like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes- Ability to implement automation and monitoring using shell scripting and other related tools, Ansible and Terraform.- Should be able to learn & adapt new concepts & technologies. And having an open-minded mentality in exploring different technologies such as Cloud & DevSecOps, beyond their roles is a huge advantage.- DevOps, AWS administration, and Knowledge of Cloud services like AWS & Azure.- Ability to effectively communicate with customers located in the US over the phone and email.- Preferably Red Hat Certified (ref:hirist.tech)
