The accolades It has been garnering can be attributed to their undeterred focus in delivering quality solutions across verticals that meet the challenging requirements of their esteemed customers.Role:IT CoE ITS CMDB - L3Key Responsibilities :Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and writtenAct as a key stakeholder supporting CMDB initiatives, tasks and actionsFlexibility to accommodate time-sensitive and mission-critical tasks under pressureResponsible for data accuracy in CMDB through Dashboards & KPI ReportsUse CMDB for Impact Analysis on Business-Critical ApplicationsEvaluate the existing CMDB for efficiency and effectivenessContribute to process improvements initiatives for Configuration ManagementWork closely with Support Teams to establish Business Requirements for the CMDB.Communicate CMDB activities to enhance general awareness of processes and standards.Liaise, train and support the teams on CMDB best practice whenever necessary.Use CMDB to enhance Incident, Change, Problem & Service Request processesProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) applications.Skills Required :Hands-on experience in ITSM Remedy 9.x &HigherHands-on experience in BMC Atrium Core 9.x & HigherHands-on experience in BMC Atrium Integrator SpoonHands-on experience in Unified Data Management (UDM) ToolExperience in Data Modelling using SAAM/CAM - Good to haveTroubleshooting recon/normalization jobs.Experience in managing Class, Attributes & Relationships as per agreed Governance ModelExperience in managing Atrium Jobs (Normalization & Reconciliation)Responsible for CMDB UI, Asset Forms and SQL Queries to extract reportsAudit of Data from SCCM, SCOM and Discovery tools integrated with CMDBGood understanding of Common Data Model in CMDBIntegrating CMDB with other 3rd party applications.Reporting knowledge from CMDB.Qualifications & Experience:Qualification- Bachelor's Degree in computer science Or any related field.Experience- 8+ Years (ref:hirist.tech)
