Job Description :This role is will be responsible for building, maintaining, and monitoring high-performance systems that support our Managed Services delivery. As a Developer, you should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end programming languages, and work with development/testing frameworks. We are looking for a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. An in-depth understanding of Cloud Services, Security, Automation, IT operations, and client satisfaction will drive our team's success in providing top-notch solutions and support.Essential Skills and Responsibilities :Strong Python Programming skills, and excellent knowledge of developing applications using Flask or FastAPI, angularjs and postgresExperience in developing third-party integrations.Solutions focused on authentication, authorization, SSO, user provisioning and user de-provisioning.Expertise in developing REST framework applications using both SQL and NoSQL DBs.Experience in Deploying applications in any of the cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP/Vultr)Experience in the Usage of Message queues like Redis.Strong unit testing skills and exposure to optimization of Database queriesProficiency with fundamental front-end languages such a HTML, CSS and JavaScript.Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using the Angular frameworkAttention to detail, empathy, curiosity, and passion for customer experienceOptimize performance to ensure fast and efficient applicationsCollaborate with teams to develop and deploy applications,Effective communication and ability to mentor team members.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end systemsKnowledge of production-level debugging.Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git, and deployments in cloud and on-premiseExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsProactive and high level of commitment.Resourceful and able to do quick POCsStay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies to drive innovationEducational/Previous Experience :BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA with a Percentage above 70%. Good Written and Spoken English.3-8 years of relevant experience.Preferred from Product based companies / Start-ups and with small size team handlingInterview Process :Your application will be screened within 30 days.Candidates for Engineering positions will go through 2 rounds of technical interviews and a manager round.Each round will be approximately 1 hour, which is then followed by a managerial round and an HR Round.Please note that all rounds will be done subject to feedback provided in the earlier round.There will be a face-to-face interview at the Bangalore office during the final rounds.What to Expect during Technical Interview :Questions that show you have problem-solving ability. We would love to see you code and how you solve technical problems.Questions about modules you have used to date while developing and automating applications.Agility and Adaptability to technology and environment.Working Conditions :Preferably Onsite at BangaloreAbility to own and take work to completion without constant supervisionTravel:0-20% (ref:hirist.tech)
