Job Description Install, configure, migrate, upgrade, conversion and maintain the Control-M environment across multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, UNIX). Manage and troubleshoot batch workflows, jobs, and scheduling issues. Monitor and maintain Control-M Agents, Servers, and other infrastructure components. Collaborate with application / infrastructure teams to ensure Control-M jobs meet business requirements. Develop, test, and implement Control-M job scheduling policies and procedures. Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to the Control-M environment. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members. Primary Skills Control m Implementation. configuration troubleshooting Secondary Skills Understanding of MFT,Self Service,DR,high availability and its setup.
