Role : Creative Designer - ( No UI/ UX Design, No Web design)Exp - 7+ YrsJob location - Hyderabad (Work from Office)Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Designer with a passion for game design to join our dynamic team. As a Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our game products. With your expertise and innovative thinking, you will contribute to the creation of captivating and immersive gaming experiences that resonate with our players.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with the game development team to conceptualize and develop creative solutions for game visuals, including characters, environments, UI elements, and special effects.- Translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual designs, maintaining consistency with the game's theme, style, and target audience.- Create storyboards, mood boards, and concept art to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, playtesting, and user research, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in game design to continually enhance the visual quality and innovation of our game products.- Collaborate with other departments, including game developers, artists, animators, and UI/UX designers, to ensure seamless integration of visual elements into the game environment.- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.- 7+ years of experience in creative design, with a focus on game design and development.- Proven track record of successfully shipped game titles, demonstrating a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative vision.- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and familiarity with game development tools like Unity or Unreal Engine.- Strong understanding of fundamental design principles, including color theory, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively to cross-functional teams.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.- Passion for gaming and a deep appreciation for the interactive entertainment industry.- Experience with 3D modeling, animation, or motion graphics is a plus.
