Job Description :We are looking for a talented and creative Creative Designer or Senior Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in graphical design, with a strong ability to create contemporary and impactful designs tailored for business purposes. You will be responsible for developing visually stunning designs for both web and mobile platforms, incorporating user experience (UX) practices and design thinking principles to meet user needs effectively.Key Responsibilities :- Utilize your excellent graphical design flare to create visually appealing and impactful designs that align with the business objectives and brand identity.- Incorporate UX practices and design thinking methodologies into all web and mobile-based designs, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly experience.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs.- Utilize your proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, and other graphic design software to create high-quality designs with attention to detail.- Demonstrate a robust understanding of design principles and best practices across digital and social platforms, ensuring consistency and coherence in design elements.- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities and maintain relevance in the industry.- Apply knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design to create visually appealing and effective designs across various mediums.- Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs, providing necessary guidance and support during the development phase.- Conduct design reviews and gather feedback from stakeholders to iterate and refine designs, ensuring alignment with project goals and user needs.- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.- 3-6 years of experience in graphical design, preferably in a business or corporate environment.- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including web and mobile-based designs, with a focus on contemporary and impactful visuals.- Excellent graphical design flare with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.- Solid understanding of UX practices and design thinking principles, with the ability to incorporate user needs into design solutions effectively.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other graphic design software.- Knowledge of design principles and best practices across digital and social platforms, including responsive design and accessibility standards.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and team members.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.- Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with design collaboration tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, or Adobe XD is a plus.
