Creative Lead (Manager- 10-12 years )Location & Work Days : Hyderabad (Jubilee Hills), 5 days in-officeIdeal Candidate Profile :- Bachelor's degree in design or related field. Master's preferred.- 10-12 years of hands-on experience in design, animation & video editing, preferred in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, health care, insurance, banking brands or other related sectors.- Keen knowledge the entire Adobe Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, XD, InDesign & Firefly. - Experience with generative AI like Midjourney, Dall- e, Runway etc., is an added advantage- Managed diverse in-house creative and also worked with agency teams.- A profound understanding of design principles, motion graphics shortcuts, current trends, and industry best practices .- A strong sense of creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, enabling the creation of captivating and compelling content .- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.JOB DESCRIPTION :Role Summary :We are seeking a dynamic and innovative 'Creative Lead' to lead the in-house design, user interface (UI), static & motion graphics, video production, edit and all creative strategies for the client in Fertility Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering visually compelling and effective marketing campaign creatives across various platforms including social media, website, landing pages, in-store branding, outdoor media, events & digital advertising.This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to drive engagement and conversions, while effectively managing and inspiring a team of creative professionals. The role reports in to the Chief Marketing Officer.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the creative direction for all on-deck properties such as the website landing pages, store/clinic pages, blog and event pages, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and UI/UX best practices.- Develop innovative design strategies for off-deck properties including social media, Meta & Google display ads, WhatsApp marketing campaigns and email newsletters to boost user engagement and retention.- Collaborate with business development, paid marketing, and tech teams to create compelling content that drives conversions and enhances the user experience.- Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and voice.- Utilize data and customer insights to inform creative decisions and optimize visual strategies for better performance.- Manage the creative team, set clear goals, and oversee project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed to the highest standard and within deadlines.- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new and innovative creative approaches and technologies into campaigns.- Develop and manage the creative budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to deliver the highest impact.- Spearhead the integration of AI tools and techniques into the creative process, enhancing personalization and relevance across all customer touchpoints.
