Following up with assigned reports Generating leads for Décor Product – via cold call Achieving respective Sales target – with respect to Décor Category Responsibilities: The Customer Care Associate's role is to understand the overall décor of the house and to help the customer to execute the sites with the co-ordination of Designer Associate.
