Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with customers, understanding their goals, and ensuring they have a positive and successful experience with our product/service. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, provide support, and drive customer satisfaction and retention. Core Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships. Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and priorities, and align our products or services to meet their needs. Onboard new customers, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform. Provide ongoing support and training to customers, helping them to maximize the value they receive from our products or services. Monitor customer usage and adoption metrics, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements and enhancements. Track customer satisfaction and retention metrics, taking proactive steps to address any issues or concerns that may arise. Develop a deep understanding of the product or service, staying informed about updates and new features. Provide insights and recommendations to customers on how to best leverage the product to meet their goals. Identify opportunities for customer advocacy, such as testimonials, case studies, referrals & reviews. Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Monitor customer accounts to identify potential risks and work proactively to mitigate them. Drive customer retention and renewal efforts, ensuring ongoing customer success. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Customer Success Manager. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and process-oriented mindset Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions. Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools. Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment Experience 4-5 yrs Location Rajkot Why should you join our SaaS Startup?
