Job Description :Key roles and responsibilities :- Understand, adapt and learn Customer Security/Cybersecurity processes and requirements- Support Security activities for ISO21434 compliance- Support Security awareness across (customer) departments- Perform Security Management activities during all project phases including Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA), Threat Hunting, Cyber Controls design and implementation etc - qualitative and quantitative- Support Security audits and 3rd party assessments.- Support Security goals from customers- Plan, support and execute internal and external (functional) Security assessments and auditsExperience :- 4+ years of system development or technical project management, preferably within the automotive business with Tier1/Tier2 supplier role experience- Platform and customer application coordination with OEM requirements on development process procedures and project management- Development of new products involving multi-site developmentKey competencies :- Thorough knowledge and experience in at least one field (electronics, embedded SW or system control strategy) and a good awareness of the others.- ISO 21434, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, NIST CSF/RMF/PVF and experience with system engineering approaches (requirements engineering / management, functional analysis and allocation, architecture design, validation, and verification) and experience with change & configuration management.- Familiar with automotive development and quality process (Risk Management and Threat Modeling methods/tools)- Exposure to DOORS, JIRA, Jama etc- Awareness of A-SPICE, AI/ Machine Learning/Deep-Learning techniques- Communication, collaboration, and cooperation- Project Time and Project Risk Management (ref:hirist.tech)
