Job Description :Responsibilities :Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Develop and maintain data pipelines and automate data collection processes where applicable.Utilize statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights.Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate them into actionable analytical tasks.Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements through data analysis.Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to support organizational goals.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from internal teams as needed.Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.Proven experience as a Data Analyst or related role, with a strong background in data manipulation and analysis.Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Advanced SQL skills required.Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and manipulation.Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools.Knowledge of DBT (Data Build Tool) for managing data transformation pipelines is a plus.Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis).Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in data analysis and interpretation.
