Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our data infrastructure to support business needs.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into comprehensive data architectures.- Design and develop logical and physical data models to optimize data storage, retrieval, and analysis.- Select and implement appropriate database technologies (e.g., relational, NoSQL) based on project needs.- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.- Lead the implementation and integration of data warehousing and business intelligence (BI) solutions.- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in data management and cloud platforms.- Manage and mentor junior data professionals within the team.Qualifications :- 6+ years of experience as a Data Architect or related role.- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (entity-relationship modeling, dimensional modeling).- Experience with various database technologies (e. g. , MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL databases).- Familiarity with data warehousing and BI tools.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.- Pan India (ref:hirist.tech)
