What would a typical day at your work be like?1.Project Lifecycle Management: Proactively oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring thorough planning, execution, and quality outcomes.2.Tool Development Ownership: Take full ownership of tool development by defining business objectives, understanding datasets, and creating insightful wireframes to drive project success.3.Multiple Project Management Ability: Successfully manage 2 to 3 projects simultaneously within the evaluation year, addressing challenges proactively to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.4.Technical Understanding and Optimization: Develop a comprehensive understanding of tools developed and their data flow, actively seeking opportunities for optimization and improvement to enhance project efficiency.5.Quality Assurance and Closure: Ensure timely and quality delivery of tools, actively seeking confirmation of project closure via email and addressing any outstanding issues to maintain client satisfaction.5.Client Interaction Role: Foster strong client relationships by actively engaging with them to understand their needs and ensure alignment of project deliverables with client expectations.6.Team Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Facilitate effective team collaboration by enabling detailed meeting notes, focusing on clear discussion points and action items, and proactively contributing to problem-solving to overcome challenges.7.Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, consultants, and data science, to plan, execute, and deliver projects that exceed client expectations.8.Quality Control and Documentation: Uphold the highest standards of project quality by implementing rigorous quality checks and maintaining thorough documentation throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.9.Project Ceremonies and Communication: Take charge of project ceremonies, including sprints, scrum meetings, and client interactions, to foster transparent communication, ensure alignment, and drive project success.An ideal candidate will be/have :1.Proficiency in utilizing project management tools, including GANTT charts, for effective project planning and tracking.2.Comprehensive understanding of technology, encompassing data engineering principles, cloud data migration, and integration processes.3.Familiarity with design thinking methodologies, enabling creative problem-solving approaches and innovative project solutions.4.Strong analytical skills, demonstrated through proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel.5.In-depth knowledge and experience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring thorough navigation through various stages from conceptualization to delivery.6.ffective collaboration with cross-functional teams, fostering teamwork and synergy to achieve project goals.7.Demonstrated creativity and innovation in addressing project challenges, contributing to the development of unique and effective solutions.8.Proven ability in client interaction and stakeholder management, understanding client needs, and fostering partnerships for successful project outcomes.9.Commitment to quality and timely project delivery, with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations while maintaining high standards of excellence (ref:hirist.tech)
