Position Name : Delphi & SQL ServerExperience Required : 4 - 6 yearsSalary : 12-18 LPA Location : Pan IndiaNotice Period : Immediate - 15 daysJD :1. Experienced Delphi Developer (6- 8 years)2. Play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software within established timelines.Responsibilities :1. Design, develop, and maintain Delphi-based applications for the banking project.2. Collaborate with business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.3. Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless integration of Delphi applications with existing systems.4. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.5. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.6. Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, from initial concept to deployment and support.Requirements :1. Proven experience as a Delphi Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful banking projects.2. In-depth knowledge of Delphi programming language and familiarity with RAD Studio.3. Solid understanding of banking processes and financial systems.4. Experience in database design and SQL, preferably with knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server.5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.7. Familiarity with agile development methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
