Job Description :Design Head - UI/UX - Manage high level graphics, web design and product design strategy while remaining hands on in design skills- Your team will iterate on designs and drive product features from concept through final implementation and polish, working with product managers to prioritize and develop time commitments- Use customer feedback and research findings to recommend and implement updates to the product- Develop and implement product measurement and success processes.- Constantly re-evaluate and iterate on product interfaces based on feedback and measured performance bottlenecks- Present and influence design decisions to various internal stakeholders locally and globallyQualification And Experience :1. 10 - 20+ years of experience in UI/Product/UX design/Graphic design/Web design in a highly technical environment2. Must possess an enjoyment of analytics and a curiosity for discovering insights from data3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain using data and customer insights to influence design decisions4. Knowledge of industry standard tools including Sketch, Axure, Invision, etc. and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)5. Exceptional cross-functional communication and collaboration skills. You must be comfortable and confident leading discussions at all levels6. Able to balance customer frictions and needs with business goals, market viability and technical feasibility7. Able to translate customer insights into concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, visual design comps and prototypes with Sketch, Adobe CS, InVision, and other tools8. A portfolio that showcases a sophisticated aesthetic with strengths in design systems, typography, and visual storytelling and high level understanding of user experience9. Experience managing, and a passion for developing people and growing a collaborative team10.
