Job Description : As a Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading multiple development teams on complex projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.- You will act as a technical lead and individual contributor when necessary, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement software architectures.- Your deep understanding of our technology stack, including C#, .NET, SQL, React, Node.js, GraphQL, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes, will enable you to drive innovation and deliver scalable and reliable solutions. Additionally, you will foster effective client interactions, understanding their needs and translating them into technical solutions.Key Responsibilities : Project Leadership : - Lead multiple development teams on complex projects, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.- Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.- Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, promoting their professional growth and development.Technical Expertise : - Maintain a deep understanding of our technology stack, including C#, .NET, SQL, React, Node.js, GraphQL, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.- Act as a technical lead and individual contributor when necessary, contributing to the development of critical components and features.Software Architecture : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software architectures that meet business requirements and scalability needs.- Ensure that software architectures are aligned with industry best practices and standards.Client Interaction : - Foster effective client interactions, understanding their needs and translating them into technical solutions.- Serve as a primary point of contact for technical discussions and requirements clarification with clients.Communication and Collaboration : - Work in overlap work hours to facilitate communication and collaboration with teams across different time zones.- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and timely manner.Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.- 4 to 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on leading development teams and delivering complex projects.- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL, React, Node.js, GraphQL, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications : - Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.- Experience with Agile development methodologies.- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).- Experience working in a client-facing role.Location : Hyderabad (ref:hirist.tech)
