Position Overview :As a Dev Engineer-II, you will play a key role in leading our web development team and delivering high-quality web solutions using Sitecore and ReactJS. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and deploy robust web applications that meet business requirements and exceed customer expectations.Responsibilities :- Lead a team of web developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise to drive performance and career development.- Architect and develop web applications using Sitecore, ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and feature specifications.- Implement best practices for web development, including code quality standards, performance optimization techniques, and security best practices.- Oversee CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments, including build automation, test automation, and release management, and ensure smooth release processes.- Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies, frameworks, and tools, and champion best practices within the team.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- 3-6 years of proven experience as a web developer, with expertise in Sitecore and ReactJS.- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.- Experience working in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and analytically to tackle complex challenges.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
