Description:

Job Description : DevOps engineer whose roles and responsibilities are a combination of technical and management roles. It is essential to have excellent communication and coordination skills to successfully integrate various functions in a coordinated manner and deliver the responsibilities to the customer's satisfaction. Responsibilities : 1. Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs2. Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities.3. Managing stakeholders and external interfaces4. Setting up tools and required infrastructure5. Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation6. Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.7. Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs8. Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage9. Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible10. Incidence management and root cause analysis11. Coordination and communication within the team and with customers12. Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)13. Mentoring and guiding the team members 14. Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIsRequirements : 1. Must and required experience in Kubernetes-based DevOps activity, need to build and maintain a highly available system in Kubernetes2. Experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (Groovy script)3. Implement an auto-scaling system using Kubernetes nodes4. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes administration and Docker concepts5. Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems6. Creating automation in the deployment process using multiple tools (Jira, Jenkins, Terraform, and other automation scripts)7. Implement a Helm chat-based environment setup8. Basic understanding of programming language and Framework (Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django, Node JS/Express, Angular, Android & IOS)9. Operation experience in both Windows and Linux operating systems10. Experience with container networking and Docker11. Must have relevant experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud deployment technologies12. Minimum 3+ years of experience. (ref:hirist.tech)
